To make: Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add Chicken ‘n Wild Rice Soup Mix, mushrooms, chicken, and (optional) wine. Simmer for 60 minutes or until rice is tender. Add cream, warm, and serve.

Makes 10-12 servings.
