To make: 12 cups water and 2 1/2 cups diced ham/ham hock. Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add “Split Pea Soup Mix” and ham.
Lower heat and simmer for 1 hour or until peas are soft and tender. Stir vigorously or puree to make your soup creamy.
Makes 10-12 servings.
