This Sweet Thai Chili sauce is wonderful balance of sweet and spicy. The sweetness brought by the honey, umami flavours in the toasted onions, garlic, and sesame. Finished off with a beautiful balance of rice wine vinegar, and what you get is a savory-sweet flavor explosion that goes great on everything from rice dishes to stir fry to simple grilled chicken.
