We debone the breast cavity and thighs and fill with our house made Old Fashion bread stuffing: breadcrumbs, celery, onions, parsley, dried cranberry and a pinch of garlic. Pairs great with our house made Poultry Gravy, Cheese and Garlic Mashed Potato and extra Old Fashion Stuffing for the side!
